Sedona Wellness Retreat provides the very best in alternative healthcare. Many treatments take the form customized natural medicines, meal plans, juices, IV therapies, supplements and more. All of these help restore the body's natural sense of wholeness and health. We specializes in alternative therapies for a wide variety of illnesses and conditions. Patients with cancer, fibromyalgia, diabetes, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, emphysema, and other problems have all benefited from these remedies. Regardless of the illness being treated, the doctors here believe that helping the patient maintain a high quality of life is an essential part of living well.

Medical Management and CareGuests are required to be self-reliant in order to participate in the program. Patients are expected to be able to take care of themselves while at the retreat, go up and down stairs, and be able to take care of all their personal daily needs. If the patient needs additional care and support, the guest has to provide this for themselves. Everyone participating in the health and medical educational program at the Sedona Wellness Retreat will undergo an initial assessment, examination, as well as basic monitoring daily from our medical staff team. This is part of the program and is included in the Medical supervision cost. This medical package includes the initial intake exam, the cost involving the time in ordering and reviewing standard laboratory tests, meeting with and directing the staff, daily follow up visits, reviewing chart notes, conducting an exit interview, and a basic phone consult after departure. Current labs/blood tests are required before arrival or at time of arrival for all advanced wellness and fasting programs. Additional charges for labs, therapies, supplements, equipment, and additional services.

Additional Services Available - Customized Treatment Plans Available

1. Laboratory Services:Blood tests and other laboratory services are additional charges. Health insurance and Medicare do not cover costs of Labs.

2. Supplements and Medications The retreat doctors will customize your nutritional plan for you after reviewing your medical records, history and first face-to-face consultation.

3. Please ask us about other Advanced Therapies: These can be added to your therapeutic experience. Please inquire about pricing for these treatments and availability.

Advanced Therapies Offered: IV Vitamin C; IV Alpha Lipoic Acid; Curcumin; Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy; Ozone Therapy; And Many Others. Cost ranges from: $175-350 per Treatment.

4. Acupuncture, CranioSacral, Massage These are also available upon request and recommendation from the doctor. Costs range from $75-$150 per session. Please inquire about pricing for these treatments and availability.

5. Aftercare Follow Up Consultations (Phone/Email) Your first 20 minute follow call is included. Additional after care support is available. Please inquire about pricing and plans.

5. 3 Month Supplement Plan At time of departing, most guests will purchase a 3 month supply of supplements to take home and continue on the program that they started here. Discounts are available. Cost can range from $500 - $2500+

Advanced Therapy Packages Available

• Accommodations in a single private standard bedroom with private bath and 1 Queen size bed.

• Standard Bedroom is a bedroom style room with Private Bathroom (shower only), and vaulted ceilings on the 2nd floor. No TV in room. TV is in the gathering room. 2nd floor access is up a stairwell of 15 steps (stairs access only-no elevator). (No bathtub - only available in deluxe king or premium king rooms only)

• Experience secluded, rustic elegance at our Wellness Retreat situated on two acres of serene gardens, mature pines, calming waterfalls, original art and unique rock formations

• Medically Management and Supervision by Naturopathic Doctors and medical support staff. This Medical supervision fee covers the initial intake exam, daily follow ups, the cost of the time involved in ordering and reviewing standard laboratory tests, meeting with and directing the staff, reviewing daily chart notes, conducting an exit interview, and one follow up call.

• Fresh Organic Juices Made throughout the day: Carrot, Carrot Apple, Green Juice and Citrus (when available), We use the recommended Norwalk Juicer.

• 3 Organic Vegetarian cuisine meals per day of stay: Breakfast is Oatmeal; Lunch/Dinner is a soup, salad, with vegetarian entree.

• Coffee for Coffee Enema’s (3-5 times daily); Castor Oil Enemas, and Herbal Enemas Available.

• Fasting Supervision (if applicable)

• Talks on continuing the diet at home, and post transition diet

Other options are off premises, across the street at Laundromat where Fees apply. We are not a "Dry Cleaner" and give no guarantee on outcome of your cloths being laundered by our staff

What To Bring to The Retreat

If you forget something or need something while you are here we very likely can accommodate you, and there are stores in the area, within walking distance.

Please note we are a very relaxed retreat, so don't worry about bringing too much stuff.

Dry Climate: It is Dry here in Sedona. We are in the High Desert.

Elevation: Sedona is at 4500 feet. It may take a few days to acclimate to the elevation.

The retreat is surrounded by nearby forests and there are many trails in the area for beginners and experts.

Healing Vortex: There are 5 healing vortex’s in Sedona.

Reservation, Payment and Deposit

To ensure your reservation, a non refundable reservation lodging fee should be received before your retreat begins. Reservation/Lodging Fee is non refundable. If you wait until the last minute to reserve your space, the retreat may be full. We have a first come first serve policy. We do not hold any rooms without the lodging fee paid. You are reserving the room for you, for your specific dates, and we remove it from being available from others to book over those dates. Please call ahead to ensure space is available before sending payment. Retreat balance due within 7 days prior to arrival.

Booking for any retreat requires a reservation/lodging fee. The fee is $100 plus tax (13.325%) for each night of your stay. The retreat fee is due 7 days before arrival. Please inquire about retreat fee pricing. Minimum stay for the retreat is 2 week, and will be charged the full amount for the minimum of a 2 week stay even if you have to cancel early for any reason. After a guest has checked in for the original visit, no refund is allowed.

We accept payments by all major credit cards, wire transfer, money orders, cash. Check payments are only in the form of Cashier's Check, Money Order or Traveler's Check.
*** NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED ***; Personal checks must be drawn on U.S. banks and must be received 10 days prior to your stay if accepted.
Minimum Charge for retreat is the 2 week rate, weekly rate charge for single person is four thousand per week.

Health insurance, including Medicare, does NOT reimburse fees for participating in our residential health education program here at the retreat.

Refunds, Cancellations and Gifting If we have to cancel a retreat, all pre-paid reservations will be refunded in full immediately.
Cancellations that are made before the 31 days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of 50% of the paid reservation fee.

Reservation fee is non-refundable within 31 days of reservation and non-transferable. Cancellations made less than 31 days before the retreat start date, or leave the retreat early for any reason, will not have any refund available as well as forfeited their reservation fee. Reservation/lodging fee is non refundable.

You can change the dates of the retreat before 31 days of the retreat start date with no additional charge. Just let us know. Your deposit can be used up to 6 months from date of purchase. Minimum stay for the retreat is 2 week, and will be charged full cost (loding plus retreat fee) of the minimum of 2 week stay even if you have to cancel early, weekly rate charge for single person is four thousand per week. One rescheduled visit is only allowed.

Please be considerate and give us as much advance cancellation notice as you can. A lot of planning goes into each retreat, and it will help us immensely. Thank you!
